If you like flavor bomb, you will not be disappointed! A very unique concept of the most yummy parts of Korean food with the most yummy parts of Mexican food and it just freaking works! Pork bulgogi torta and the fried "WHAT", a kimchi fried rice quesadilla, that is not a typo. Definitely get the furikake fries. I'm a sucker for any fried potato and if you put some sort of Mayo sauce on top of that I'm all in. Put sriracha in that mayo and I might buy two. Sprinkle some furiake and tajin on it and I may just become a groupie and follow the truck all around town. Service was super friendly.

So flavorful! The bulgogi was tender and cooked perfectly. You can tell the ingredients are good quality. Good portion to cost ratio. Service was very pleasant and friendly.....good vibes and food all around. Definitely will go back.

The portion I got was fairly generous. The bulgogi was very well seasoned and the spicy mayo they generously threw on added to the mix of flavors going on. The egg was a nice touch to a very filling entree. If the El Koreano truck is at a festival you're at, give them a try. I'd get from them again, especially since they have quite a few choices selections on their menu.
